RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We value and prioritize our customer’s satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return any Product(s) you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt in its original packaging, including boxes and designer hanging tags still being attached to the Product(s). All Product(s) returned to VIVACIOSA must be unworn and in new and unused condition. The Product(s) with any indication that they were used, damaged, soiled, altered will not be accepted. In such cases, the Product(s) will be returned to you, the customer and additional shipping costs will be charged.
To request a return, please follow the instructions below:
1. If you had registered with us, please sign into your account; go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order you would like to return by clicking on ‘View Order’.
2. Once you have selected the order you wish to return, please select ‘Return’ button for the Product(s) you wish to return. Please, select the reason for returning before clicking ‘Submit’.
4. Once your return request is received we will contact you via email.
If you Checked Out as our Guest and wish to return any Product(s), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any return postage costs will be at the customer's expense. Please note that if your returned Product(s) are lost before they reach VIVACIOSA office, we will not be liable nor we will offer a refund. To avoid this inconvenience use a trusted courier company when returning VIVACIOSA Product(s).
Full amount, excluding sales taxes and duties charges, will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-30 days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Any Product(s) returned after 14 days will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds. We do not offer exchanges.
